I am a senior pharmaceutical physician executive with over 35 years’ experience and in-depth knowledge of multiple therapeutic areas and all phases of drug development. After obtaining board certification in internal medicine, I practiced for a couple of years prior to joining Hoffmann-La Roche in their cardiovascular clinical development unit. I was at Roche for 21 years, reaching the level of Vice President for cardiovascular, metabolism, and respiratory clinical development. I then joined Regeneron, where I started and built up the cardiovascular/metabolism clinical sciences group. Most recently I moved to the role of global program head for several ongoing projects. I have had the opportunity to have 2 NDAs and 2 BLAs approved globally. I have presented several lectures at medical congresses and have multiple publications and abstracts. I have achieved fellowship at both the American College of Physicians and the National Lipid Association and was a charter member of the American Academy of Pharmaceutical Physicians. I am named on several patents. I remain active with my medical school, as a board member of the Brown Medical School Alumni Association.
