more for her work on the genetics of pancreatic cancer including the clonal evolution and timing of pancreatic cancer from its inception through metastasis to distant sites. The majority of her time is devoted to leading an NIH funded laboratory focused upon the genetics and distinct evolutionary dynamics of clonal evolution in a spectrum of solid tumors using methods such as next generation sequencing, transgenic mouse models and experimental evolution.
